Passivity preserving model reduction using dominant spectral zero interpolation

In the TCAD Newsletter I have found an interesting reference

It is a new model reduction method that I have not seen before. The paper is very logic and gives a good insight on the algorithms. The examples presented are very impressive. I should confess that I have not understood yet how it functions, well, it will take some time.
